I believe technology should feel like it was made for you, not just at you. I design AI and SaaS products that center the full, messy, beautiful range of human experience: different needs, different contexts, different ways of moving through the world.

 

My work sits at the intersection of UX strategy, research, and AI-enabled workflows, and what drives me is simple: people deserve technology that respects their intelligence, earns their trust, and never makes them feel like an afterthought.

I've brought that belief into enterprise products at Amazon and GitHub, 0-1 initiatives across AI and EdTech startups, and graduate research on emotionally intelligent AI at the University of Washington, always asking the same question: who does this leave out?
