Divya is a UX Designer and Researcher with a strong visual design background, skilled at uncovering insights and presenting data-driven findings through engaging human-centered narratives. With a deep understanding of human experiences and the value products provide, she is advancing Generative AI research in the HCDE department. Her work focuses on evaluating AI companions, conducting user studies, and developing design principles to set new standards for empathetic and ethical conversational AI, enhancing user experiences.
